Increasing federal investment in brain research is the singular purpose of the National Brain Council.
During my 20+ years in the United States Congress, the team that I led accomplished a great deal. The Fattah Neuroscience Initiative was universally applauded. However, I think you would agree that more is required.
Over 50 million Americans suffer from brain illnesses. More effective treatments, cures, and vaccines have yet to be discovered. We need funding and regulatory environments more conducive to collaboration.
The National Brain Council knows that there is hope through research and we must invest in that research now. Neuroscience research will also impact many fields of endeavor critical for our future.
Join us as we advocate for a 100% increase in brain research funding over the next 5 years.
